TEMPLAR CREDENTIALS
To all civil and military authorities of the country where the holder of this credential is located, we ask for support and right of international consideration based on the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, April 18, 1961, which entered into force on April 24, 1964 permanent to our days, where reference is made to Article 41. According to the UN Vienna Convention, applied to international organizations and exclusive diplomatic and consular relations of the Vatican, privileges and immunities, this official credential protects before any civil, military or governmental authority of the country where it transits.
